This site decomposes complex Kanji into simpler ones. But beware that it will not display Kangxi radicals which is not a problem because you will see them once you follow the composition linked to any of the dictionaries. The composition appears in the order from the least complex to the most complex Kanji including the source one. If the search returns only the source Kanji, it means that the given Kanji can be decomposed only into radicals or characters that aren't present in Japanese.
